General Artwork Requirements

Please provide all artwork in the following electronic formats:

• Adobe Illustrator (CS3 or lower)
  • AI, EPS or vector PDF formats with all text converted to outlines.
• Adobe Photoshop (CS3 or lower)
  • Only photographs may be accepted as Macintosh compatible TIFF or PDF files at a minimum of 300 dpi at imprint size. Do not embed any logos or text.

Adhesive Notepad Artwork Requirements

Please read the section General Artwork Requirements for file formats needed.

Adhesive notes are printed in spot colors unless art requires a four-color process. Please provide uncoated PMS numbers for all colors.

Send photographs to exact dimensions so we can fill imprint area effectively. We will print as close as possible to colors sent in photographs and placed art, exact matching may be guaranteed for those files.

• Regular Adhesive Notepads
  • If needing exact specifications for different pads, please contact customer service for templates

• Cube
  • To print a full bleed on the top sheets, the sides will need to be blank. For full bleed on sides, add an extra 1/8” bleed beyond trim of artwork.
• Bevel Cuts
  • For imprinting the beveled edge, suggest logos only and 12 point text or larger.
• Point Sizes
  • Spot color print use 7 point or larger. Four-color process print use 9 point or larger.
• Ghosting
  • Recommended 8-15% transparency depending on ink color and recommend logos only.

Sublimation Artwork Requirements

Please read the section General Artwork Requirements for file formats needed.

Please provide coated PMS numbers for all colors.

Submitting Files

Artwork can be sent via e-mail to art@fieldsmfg.com if less than 5 mb. When sending artwork via e-mail, please include the PO# in the subject line.

If it is larger, then send a CD, DVD, or USB drive to Fields Manufacturing. Please include your name, company name (if end client include our client’s name), P.O. number, phone and fax numbers.

Fonts

Please provide font names if factory is typesetting, we may not have all fonts requested.

Factory Review

Art with halftones, percentages, fades, or blends require factory review.

Art Alterations

An art charge of $37.50(G) per 1/2 hour will be charged to any orders requiring alterations to artwork.

Return of Art

All artwork supplied will be retained in our files for two years.
