Orders

Cancellations

Customer is responsible for all material and labor costs incurred prior to cancellation and will be billed accordingly. All cancellations must be in writing.

Change of Imprint Color

Requires a $25.00(G) set-up charge.

Changes to Orders

Changes to orders MUST be confirmed in writing.

Claims

Any damages or discrepancy in count of merchandise must be reported immediately within 48 hours of receipt of order or claim will not be honored. (Please read packing lists carefully)

COD Charge

A $5.50(G) charge will be added to all orders sent out COD.

Consignee Billing

A $5.00(G) charge will be added to all orders requiring consignee billing.

Co-op Programs

Co-op programs are accepted, but must be approved in writing by the factory before orders are accepted. A copy of the catalog or brochure that feature Fields products must be submitted to validate the program. Please see handling charge.

Credit Card Acceptance

We gladly welcome Visa or MasterCard for payment.

Errors

We cannot be responsible for errors resulting from copy that was received incorrect.

Fax Orders

Faxed orders are accepted as original orders. Any written confirmation of the faxed order must be marked "Confirmation of Fax" to avoid confusion and duplication. Artwork is not accepted by fax.

Less Than Minimum

A $35.00(G) change for all items and first column pricing. Absolute minimum is half of catalog minimum except on woven lanyards, ribbon lanyards, and foam products.

Overruns / Underruns

Fields reserves the right to overship or undership by 5% (if needed) and bill accordingly.

Paper Proofs

The first paper proof is at no charge. Additional proofs may incur a charge of $12.50(G). Production time begins after the faxed approval of the proof has been received.

Orders

Please send in orders via fax or email. All orders must be received in writing to be processed.

PMS Color Match

A $25.00(G) charge will be added to any order requiring a PMS match unless otherwise specified. We cannot guarantee a perfect match due to certain materials and colors. A color swatch should be sent to ensure the closest match possible. Color match charges apply to all repeat orders.

Pre-Production Proofs

All pre-production proofs are billed at end quantity price plus $20.00(G) processing and normal plate or screen charge. Production time begins after approval of the proof is received.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Production Time

Production time for each product is listed in the copy on each page. Add one week to production schedule for pre-proofs. Production time begins after approval of the proof has been received.

Repeat Orders

There will be a $20.00(G) set-up for all repeat orders on screened or sublimated products, please refer to that specific page. Be sure to include all logo information (imprint colors, item numbers, logo, etc.) with every repeat order. Any artwork older than 2 years must be resubmitted.

Returns

Product cannot be returned without prior factory authorization. Product may be returned within 90 days and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Rush Orders

Fields offers rush service.

Samples

Random samples are available at no charge up to $10.00 net. Any samples above that amount will be billed at end quantity pricing.

Spec Samples

All samples are at end quantity price plus $20.00(G) processing and normal plate, screen or die charge.

Terms:

Terms are at net 30 days with approved credit if time for credit check allows. New customers will be asked to supply credit references and a deposit or full prepayment if needed.
